Arrival: The room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you arrive after 7pm.
Departure: On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 am.
Accepted payment methods: cash (up to 2.999 €), debit and credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express)
Single room supplement: +20,00€/night
Single use of the double room: +30,00€/night
Pets: Pets are allowed only with the prior consent of the hotel management. Costs: 10 € / day (without food). Dogs are allowed only in the summer and only in the “Dolomites” room. Animals do not have access to the dining room.
The room reservation is only valid with the transfer of the deposit (30% of the booking value).
Cancellation: There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian consumer protection code.We grant you a right of withdrawal according to the following cancellation conditions as per Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Cancellation until 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation from 2 months to 15 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
Cancellation from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
We recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance.
