There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you right of withdrawal according to the following cancellation conditions as per Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Cancellation until 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation from 2 months to 15 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
Cancellation from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
