A – Adapter

If you need an adapter for your hair dryer, you can borrow it at the bar  (+ 2 € deposit).

B – Breakfast

From 8AM to 9AM; on request the evening before also gladly earlier.

C – Children’s bed

We have no children’s beds, but railings for the normal beds

C – cross-country skiing center Lavazè

The slopes of the cross-country skiing center Lavaze reach the Jochgrimm when there are good snow conditions.

D – Deposit.

A deposit of 30% of the booking value is necessary. The bank details can be found here.

D – dogs

Dogs are allowed in the Dolomites room only during summer, subject to hotel management approval. Dogs have no access to the dining rooms. Extra charge for room cleaning: 10€ per day.

E – Emergency call

In case of emergency call 112, please inform the hotel management.

F – Food intolerances and allergies

I am gluten intolerant, is that a problem? In principle, we can prepare meals for all intolerances. If special products (gluten-free cookies, soy milk, etc.) are required, please bring them with you from home. We always have gluten-free pasta and bread and lactose-free milk in stock.

We would like to point out at this point that in the case of food intolerances, allergies and alternative diets (vegan, vegetarian, etc.), cooking is very simplified, as we usually cater for many different allergies/diets. Thank you for your understanding!

I – Internet

In the Hotel Schwarzhorn there is an internet connection via satellite. As the internet connection runs via satellite, we have a lower bandwidth than with fibre optic or DSL internet.

M – Minibar

In the rooms there is no mini bar and no water boiler. In our house bar, you can get a good cappuccino or a cold beer at any time between 7:45 am and 0:00 am.

P – Parking

Directly at the hotel is a large parking lot.

T – Television

All rooms are equipped with TV.

P – Playground

On the south side of the hotel, directly in front of the terrace, is the children’s playground.

P – Public transportation

In summer there is a bus to Cavalese three times a day, four times a day in winter. The timetables can be found at www.ttesercizio.it.

S – Safe

There is no safe in the rooms.

S – Ski resort Jochgrimm

The slopes of the Jochgrimm ski area start directly at the hotel.

S – Ski school & ski rental

Ski school and ski rental are located directly at Hotel Schwarzhorn

S – Ski depot

The hotel has its own ski storage room with direct access to the slopes.

S – Smoking

Smoking is not allowed throughout the house.  Smokers are invited to enjoy their sigarettes in the smoking room or at the outsides. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

S – Sports grounds

In front of the hotel there is a football, basketball and volleyball field.

S – Swimming pool

The nearest swimming pool is in Cavalese. Information at www.sagis.tn.it.

T – Table tennis

In the house there is a table tennis room with several plates. The racquets can be borrowed at the bar for a small fee.
